2. Maison & Archive Division Concept Kleve operates as a premium label under a made-to-order production model. Each product is part of our Archive Division and is manufactured specifically for the customer after a purchase is confirmed.

3. Product Accuracy and Fulfillment

  • We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • We partner with third-party fulfillment providers (such as Printify) to manufacture and ship our premium hoodies, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.

4. Orders and Pricing

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping and Returns Your engagement with our service is also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which outline our specific procedures for made-to-order fulfillment and the limitations on returns for custom-printed items.

6. Limitation of Liability Kleve shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.
