Refund and Return Policy

At Kleve, we operate on a bespoke, made-to-order model through our Archive Division. Every piece of apparel is created specifically for you only after a purchase is confirmed.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a simple change of mind.

  • We strongly encourage you to review our size guides before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit for your Kleve products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to a fulfillment error, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact our support team at hello@kleve.shop within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear, high-quality photos showing the specific issue or defect with the garment.

3. Lost or Misplaced Packages

  • For packages deemed lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Once verified with our fulfillment partners, we will arrange a reprint or a refund.

4. Refunds Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
