At Kleve, we focus on intentional production and quality. Every item in our Maison & Archive Division is made-to-order, meaning it is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

1. Production and Processing

• As we do not hold physical stock, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked before it is dispatched.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Estimates

• We offer worldwide shipping to our global community.

• Estimated Delivery: Most international orders arrive within 10-20 business days after dispatch.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your local carrier and customs processing times.

3. Customs and Import Duties

• These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Address Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Kleve is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided during the order process.
